@sommon1217 first of all you dont compare service because service has nothing to do with how the fone works and its speed. second if you wanted to test reception you could just do that with a wifi network. third i used to have the motorola droid (not eris, incredible, or x just droid) and comparing verizon’s coverage and speed to AT&T’s i find its faster than verizon’s and i get better coverage in my house and on the road.i was suprised when i went to the mountins in ND cuz i got 2-3 bars of 3g
@InuyashaWindScar2007 That is only if your using “FaceTime” if you use Pring you can do video calling to other model phones, and it can be done over 3G! I don’t understand why facetime is only wifi but pring can do it over 3g and it is basically the same thing.
i agree somehow the video/picture quality on the iphone was better but idk what ur talking about on the audio quality. the droid x CLEARLY had better audio quality than the iphone. the iphone sounded like it was being recorded inside a glass case or something. i think the droid is better. i dont give a damn about the front facing camera really at all. droid x all the way.
The droid X is so subtle & rich. its already beating the iphone into submission. and it DOESNT have a death grip like iphones do. that rumor was bullshit. apple just wont face up that their phone sucks. my dx is morbidly sick.
Actually, it was a tie, according to his review. During the test he says the Droid X won the browser round, but at the end when he was adding them up he says the Apple won. So his count is off. I too would like to hear about the Droid X mp3 capabilities. Basically, do want a phone with a front facing camera (which is pretty cool), or do you want a phone that is overall slightly better?

Why does everyone rave about rave about that face camera? The only people who will see you are iPhone 4 users. I do think its a great thing, but it really shouldn’t be that big of an advantage.

I used to have the origional iphone(jailbroken) and now i have the origional droid and i gata say i kinda like the droid better, great vid.
I agree that a jailbroken Iphone 4 can beat droid x anyday, why would you need a big screen like that it’s called a phone not a computer. By the way jailbraking an I anything is not that hard and is cool as shit, tons of free cool stuff which also beats anything that verizon could come up with for the droid x!

When Android 3.0 comes out in October… Iphone 4 will be wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy below the droid x… and if they hack the bootloader, Iphone won’t be able to compete
I have to droid eris…. And I love it… Wanna upgrade to either the incredible or the Droid X. I am thinking the Droid X is pretty sick!! I have friends that have the I phone and they all love it. Maybe Verizon will get the I phone eventully.

it is iPhone 4. Go to apple, com to see for yourself. While it is the 4th Generation iphone, it would be very misleading to call it 4g because 3G mainly refers to the speed of the phone.
The iphone 3G was really the 2nd Gen iphone. Did you call the iphone 3G a 2G iphone?
